Privacy notice

Data and purpose

The form asks for your name, email and project description. Company, budget context and timing are optional. Details are used to respond to your request and assess a possible proposal. Do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive information.

Separate consent

The form records consent to contact processing and the notice version. Editorial updates are a separate, unchecked option. Newsletter delivery is not configured in this version.

Origin and security

The origin path and campaign source, medium and campaign parameters, when present, travel through public links in the URL and are recorded with limits at contact submission. This attribution uses no cookies or local storage. No third-party analytics is installed. Dashboard access is restricted; credentials are not exposed to the browser.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in PostgreSQL when configured. Default retention is 180 days, configurable by the responsible person. Expired records leave the inbox; an operational retention task deletes them. Backups require equivalent protection and disposal. Hosting providers may process technical logs necessary to operate the service.

To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, email rciteli@gmail.com. Identity and scope must be verified before disclosure or deletion. Contractual or legal obligations may need individual assessment.

Operation

Session cookies are used for administrative access only. Contact form data is not sold. This notice describes the implemented configuration; changes in providers, retention or processing need to be reflected before production publication.
