I start by understanding the process that needs to change. The proposal defines scope, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Implementation progresses in stages with testing and operating documentation.

You talk to me about technical decisions and progress. I take technical responsibility for scope and implementation. The proposal records deliverables, responsibilities and how progress is reviewed.

Music and art are also part of my work. My personal collection remains available on this website.

Preparing the first discussion

Bring a workflow, its users and an observed difficulty. I assess the fit with existing tools before recommending development. Authorised sources, acceptance criteria, handover and maintenance responsibilities are defined in the proposal. Public project information stays within documented scope; the dashboard is a fictional-data demonstration, not a customer result.
